AM Apartments Limited reserves the right to change or substitute details of the offer.

The offer includes 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. A cancellation or amendment fee may apply after this time.
Payments of the full booking amount plus a security deposit of $100 is taken as a credit card pre-authorisation at the time of check-in. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 working days (release times may vary, please check with the issuing financial institution). Weekly payment can be arranged with discretion of the management.
We require valid photo identification on check-in in the form of Driver’s License or Passport and evidence of your booking reference. You may be asked to present the credit card used to make the reservation at the time of arrival.
A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
